My name is Emma I am a 30 year old mom of two beautiful girls, people who see me out and about would probably describe me as outgoing, loud and funny among other things. And this can sometimes be true but it is also false and just my public face.  On the inside I'm planning excuses to go home I'm silently having a panic attack wondering what people think of me and when they laugh is that at me. Or if I go shopping and the change the shelves I take it as they did it on purpose just to annoy me and when I can't find what I'm looking for a massive panic attack hits me and then people start looking at me funny which makes me call a taxi and go home. Or that sometimes I use all my energy up before I've even left the house and now I'm exhausted at 9am and I want to nap. And that is just some of it.

Since I was a child I have suffered with mental health, and in my adult years I have a lot of ups and downs. I am currently doing very well and wanted to give something back.

So here I am trying to raise a bit of money so the charity Mind can continue to help those in need. Like they helped me.
