Hi everyone,

This year on the 31st May I will be running the London 10k and raising money for breast cancer care.  I have ran a couple of 5k so this year will be a bigger and better challenge!

Having had a few scares myself, I know how important it is to check yourself regularly and get treatment as soon as possible.
