Wicket the cat flu kitten

Emma Woods is raising money for AnSams

Wicket’s hospital stay · 23 June 2021

Ansams rescues and rehomes domestic pets whose owners are no longer able to care for them. We also help with the cost of pet food and veterinary bills if owners find themselves unable to afford them. We do not have a rescue centre and rely on a wonderful team of volunteers and fosterers.

Story

Poor little Wicket came into rescue from a Hoarder situation and was very unwell.

He went to the vets and was diagnosed with severe cat flu. He had antibiotics but continued to deteriorate so he is currently at Park Vets Animal Hospital in Sidcup where the vets are giving him 24 hour care to save his life.

He’s only a tiny kitten and has not had any kind of life yet. His first night at the vet hospital is costing £700 so we are fundraising to continue his care and find him a loving home once he’s well.
