As you all know, I'm lucky and crazy enough to get a place on this years London Marathon for Shaw Charity. This charity means a great deal to me, as they help support teenagers and adults with physical disability's and mental illness's, getting people into the work place by giving them the  support and confidence needed. 

We are very lucky that my nephew is one of the lucky ones and with the right encouragement he will be just fine, but there are many kids and young adults who will need more help to give them the confidence for independence. I'm sure you will all agree that many of these young people's courage and determination is so inspirational, most just want to do the daily activities we take for granted, like walk or drive and work! 

Shaw believes everyone has a right to work and have campaigned for 30 years to turn their vision into reality.
