The Blue Skies Balcony Appeal!The new appeal is to build a garden balcony on our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) so that our poorly patients can benefit from the outdoors in a safe and infection-controlled environment. All patients, their visitors and staff are set to benefit from this innovative improvement that will make it easier and safer to move patients outside with no loss of space to the existing unit which opened in 2014.

Many of you know that Dawn & I usually host a Large Halloween Ball every year. Due to Covid we obviously can’t do it this year. We couldn’t not not do anything for Halloween! And we couldn’t not do a Halloween without trying to raise a bit of money for Charity. 

This year we have chosen this Charity as I (Emma) am an ICU Nurse at The Hospital & therefore know how much a Balcony for our Patients is needed! 

I know we’re not allowed to Trick or Treat this year, but we thought you could come a long and show the kids our “Haunted Houses”! And if you’re impressed, then you could donate a couple of pound towards the charity.
