For those who know me and for those who don't,I'm raising money for the Parkison's UK charity by running a series of five 10k off-road runs. My first 10k run was completed on the New Year's Day 2013 'Race Over The Glens', Co. Antrim. This maybe consisted of two challenges for me, firstly with pacing the run and secondly, with having to pace the night before.

My next scheduled race is the 'Run Forest Run' 10k, Gosford Forest Park, Markethill, Co.Armagh held on 2nd February '13 & the third, 10k Castleward Challenge Race being held on the 13th April 2013. On the 8th of June 2013 all being well I will be completing the Mourne Way 10k. To complete my years charity event I will be competing on Sunday the 28th of July 2013 in the Newry and Mourne Women's 10k Event.
