...Hands up Foundation (charity no. 1156491) raises money for projects implemented on the ground in countries affected by the conflict in Syria. Where possible these projects are inside Syria and run by Syrians. Sustainability forms the basis of all the projects we choose, which is why we focus on funding salaries and long-term work in health and education. All projects we fund are monitored regularly and designed to have the maximum impact for those in need. Current projects include:

• Medical Salaries (Syrian American Medical Society)
• Al Amal school (Shafak)
• Prosthetic Limbs - Funding around 100 legs each month since 2013
  

Half of the money raised will go to this fantastic cause whilst the other half will be split between Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation.
