So I am running my first half-marathon for Shooting Star Chase - an amazing charity that looks after babies and children in hospices from their diagnosis throughout bereavement.. 

My family  lost my brother Jack as a baby, although he never made it to a hospice, the support we received throughout bereavement was crucial to keeping my family together.. 

Writing this post to essentially ask for donations is awkward, but completely incomparable to the hardships that these children, families and the staff at Shooting Star Chase face every single day... So if you have time please donate to my fundraising page, not for me, but for the children and their families who are in these awful positions...
