Since its launch in 1988, Red Nose Day has become a British institution. It’s a time when people across the country get together and fundraise at home, school and work to support people living incredibly tough lives, and has raised over £1.3 billion to date.

Story

Friday 13 March: Red Nose Day. As RaBBiTMaN, I will teach
9:00AM my HS2301 Independent Essay students (MC328a)
10:00AM my HS1005 History and Meaning students (MC328a)
11:00AM my HS3106 Historiography students (MC328a)
12:00 Noon my HS3371 'The Bomb - A History' seminar (ABLT3) for two hours
2:00PM my HS2280 'Devil's Decade' seminar (MC328a) for two hours
4:00PM my HS3372 'Bomb' dissertation students (MC328a) in a consultation hour and
5:00PM my HS1280 British Social and Economic History students (HLT1) in an hour lecture
accompanied for most of the day by Jenny & Dancer - the 'good' black rabbits.
Please support this History Society-backed event generously.
During the 12:00 Noon-2:00PM, all-comers are welcome to attend in Arts Building Lecture Theatre 3, where the History Society will be arranging a collection. However, we will be having a 'serious' class (on Civil Defense, CND and the Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp), so please come and go as quietly as you can ... so as not to disturb my Group 3 students too much in the midst of this madness.
Students will be encourage to post photographs during the day throughout my teaching.
