The Bergqvist family is raising money to fund an Epilepsy/Neuropsychiatry research project which will be led by Dr Paul Shotbolt at the Department of Psychological Medicine at King’s College Hospital London.   

The project will research the link between epilepsy and mental illness and then implement a programme to train specialists in the treatment of anxiety, depression and epilepsy. 

We hope that this will lead to sufferers such as Juliet receiving the appropriate professional support at an early stage, helping them to have happy and fulfilled lives.
