In addition to investing time and expertise in improving the skills of young and disadvantaged individuals through our Citizenship Agenda, The Equities HCP team is challenging colleagues to test their endurance in our first ever Plankathon Challenge, and raise money for charity at the same time. Planking is a global
fitness phenomenon that helps build strength in the core, upper and lower body.

The challenge will run for one week - Monday 22^nd November to Friday 26^th November - with teams of four competing for the highest total planking time, and winners will receive a prize!

Cardboard Citizens changes the lives of homeless and displaced people through Theatre.  It is a creative hub for excluded people, providing workshops, training and support for homeless, ex-homeless and at risk people grow confidence and skills - and lead to longer term progression away from homelessness.
