Right - the fat Swede has been larding it up even more than ususal and is rapidly reaching a mid life crisis - so in order to lose a few kilos and to try and find eternal youth and above all raise some money for a bloody good cause I am completing an Olympic Distance Triathlon (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run) on the 2nd of July near Eton.

 

Anyone who knows me will know that I don't enjoy long distance so this will be a major challenge for me.
