Variety, the Children's Charity, is dedicated to improving the lives of children who are disabled or disadvantaged. Our objective is to increase their independence, level of confidence and self esteem. We also aim to improve physical health allowing them to spend more time with friends & family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Junior Miss Cumbria final on Nov 23 and have been encouraged to raise as much money as I can for children's charity Variety.

I have decided to run 10 kilometres, a distance I have never run before - it is five laps of Talkin Tarn. My run is on Sunday November 17 but sponsors can donate money up to November 22. Please donate if you can as it is for a good cause!
