Story

From Monday 1st June 2020 The Essence Rogues are conducting a HELL WEEK. This will consist of  daily workouts of multiple arduous fitness exercises plus a 5km run each day for 7 days. We want as many people involved to help raise awareness and funds for the charity PTSDUK.
