The Northern team of Ethicon Gynecare are raising money for Operation Smile, an amazing charity which operates in more than a hundred locations in over 30 countries annually. In 2005, medical volunteers provided free surgeries for 9,334 children through international and local, in-country medical projects

For a little as £150 ($240), you can help provide a cleft lip or cleft palate surgery for a child, meaning they too can smile. This surgery can change a child's life forever and can take as few as 45 minutes.
