On the 26th of March, I will be running the Sheffield Half Marathon with my good friend Cal in memory of his sister Amy Penn. All donations will go to the Daring to Dream charity, who Amy worked closely with towards the end of her life. The charity supports the emotional health and well-being of patients with chronic illnesses who are under the care of hospital clinics across Wales. They inspire patients to dare to dream that they can still live a life of joy.
