Evie's JustGiving page

London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
I am very excited (and nervous) to say that On the 22nd April I will be taking on the big challenge of the London Marathon. I have made this page to raise awareness and as many funds as possible for a disease called Sarcoma.
Sarcomas are rare cancers that develop in the muscles, bone, nerves, cartilage, tendons, blood vessels, and fatty & fibrous tissues. Sarcoma UK is a fantastic charity that fundamentally provides the training and teaching for GP's to be able to catch the horrible disease earlier. They also help in many other ways.
My motivation behind running the London Marathon and supporting Sarcoma UK is because of one strong lady, India Radford. In March 2017 India gained her angel wings, and left us all far too early. She was and still remains the bravest person I will ever get to meet. Her sense of humour and huge smile through it all was simply inspirational, and something I will never forget.
India touched the lives of so many people with her huge heart and motivation to always help others around her before herself, so now its our turn!
If you feel that you can support me in any way by donating money to this page, I would appreciate it immensely.
