This June me and my dad are volunteering on an Operation Smile Medical Mission at a hospital in Guadalajara, Mexico to give over 100 children free safe operations to repair their cleft lip and cleft palates.

This has been an amazing experience and I have followed the progress of the 4 gorgeous babas below through the medical mission.  From arriving at the hospital, through their extensive medical evaluations, caring for them and taking them into surgery, actually watching the plastic surgeons and other medics work their magic in the operating theatre, taking them into the recovery room and staying with them until they are ready to be handed back to their parents with their new smiles!!!
