Story

Eynesbury Rovers Youth Team of 1991 are celebrating their 40th birthdays this year, and it was decided to attempt to reunite as many of the players as possible to play a charity match against the Arsenal Charity Team.

The day will be staged to raise funds for Orchid Cancer charity as a team member is a survivor of testicular cancer; Meningitis Now, and the Arsenal Foundation which supports an array of local and global projects.

It is too early to say who will be appearing in the Arsenal team but it generally consists of a mixture of ex-Arsenal players, together with some members of the acting profession and other sportsmen.

The day will be a fun day out for the family with a penalty competition for both children and adults as well as side shows and entertainment. Gates will from 12pm but the main event, however, will be the match between the Eynesbury Old Boys and the Arsenal Charity Team which will kick off at 3pm.
