Too many women, their families and friends are affected by breast cancer every year. Breast Cancer Care is an amazing charity and I have an opportunity to spread a little awareness and hopefully raise a little money toward helping them with their work. 

I've never thrown a punch and certainly have never been punched so please support me in my quest to break at least the first duck.
