Story

So how did i get myself into this!  Well lets just say one of my so called friends hijacked my card out of my bag and signed me up for this!  So to say that im not a runner is a bit of an understatement, but how could i refuse a twice weekly date of running round the streets of London with a self confessed tomato lookalike and the promise of a Phoebe run at the end of each session!

The training has been intense to say the least by Diane Kennedy the dictator!  Coupled with VP refusing to talk at all during training.  Some would say that would be an incentive!

But seriously im doing this for a great cause and a charity that is very close to my and my family's heart.  So please dig deep and sponsor what pennies you can for Motor Neurone Disease.

MND affects around 5000 people in the UK and is a degenerative condition that damages nerve supply to the major muscle groups within your body.  Which essentially leaves you unable to walk, speak, eat or talk.
