I am taking part in the Royal British Legion Riders, 1000 Miles in 24 hours, from Squires Cafe in Yorkshire. More details of the event can be found at www.rblr1000.co.uk.

I am going to go North as the saying goes on the clockwise Scotland route. In preparation for this I have a number of shorter runs planned to get mind and body ready for this assult.
