Hello All!

Cycling has been such an important part of my life. Its helped me express myself and engage with this world. After breaking my neck in a climbing accident in 2004, I never thought I would experience the adventures and friendships again that my mountaineering expeditions had once given me. Regain, a wonderful charity which helps Tetraplegics, introduced me to this world of handcycle touring, and since then i've never looked back!

Building on my success of cycling from London to Paris in 2011, I'll be handcycling from London to Brussels over 4 days covering nearly 300 miles to raise money for Regain so that other individuals who have had life changing accidents, can also benefit from the Regain's work.
