Falkland Vet Clinic Christmas messages

Charles Gorman is raising money for Newbury Soup Kitchen

Falkland Vet Clinic Christmas messages · 18 December 2020

Newbury Soup Kitchen hold drop in sessions feeding the rough sleepers, homeless & vulnerable in our area. Providing all round support. Working to expand into a building of our own to open all week. We help support where we can to improve people's lives & situation. Giving people back their dignity.

Story

Instead of sending each other Christmas cards this year, staff at the vets are buying stickers to put messages on our Christmas poster and giving the proceeds to Charity.  We'd like to invite our clients to join in and send a message and a donation.  Wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

Jan 2017 Meryl set up Newbury Soup Kitchen It is a voluntary organisation providing help and support to the local homeless, rough sleeper community and those less fortunate. The primary operation is to expand into a friendly drop-in centre for vulnerable adults who perhaps have mental health issues or just lonely. All are greeted with hot food, outreach and advocacy on different sessions throughout the week. HAVEN (West Berkshire) has been set up by Meryl to expand into a Community Support Centre. NSK will move to the new premises once found
