An update.   Fountain of light and BOPA held the Eid charity dinner at the Muslim Resource Centre, Foleshill, Coventry on Friday 1st August 2014 to raise funds for the desperate situation in Gaza.

It was a successful night and the contributions have been added to this page.

A huge thanks to Aleem Sheikh and Barclays Bank Plc one of the main sponsors of the event. Aleem's continued support with the fundraising especially with the raffle and auction on the night which raised over £1200. These monies have been included in the MRC donation.

We would also like to thank everybody from the bottom of our hearts for contributing to this cause through the JustGiving page and attendance on the night. May you all be rewarded for your good deeds and intentions.

If you would still like to contribute this page will remain active for a short while as every penny counts. 

Thank you again and please feel it in your hearts to help the people of Palestine.
