On 7th July, Katie and I will be participating in WALK IT Birmingham for Crohn's and Colitis UK. The charity can offer much needed support for those who have been recently diagnosed with Crohn's or another inflammatory bowel disease. They also fund vital research into the treatment of such diseases, which will hopefully make the lives of so many people easier and pain-free.
