Most of you already know that I have started running recently. I know... I really didn't think it was possible either. I've always stuck to the mantra exercise is bad for you! Well i kind of like it. So much so, I managed to persuade some crazy like minded individuals to Join me on the Wolf Run this year in June.

The Wolf run if you have never heard about it (http://thewolfrun.com/) stands for Woods Obstacles Lakes Forests. Its 10K (arrgghhh getting nervous now) and going to be muddy. To me it just sounds like a whole lot of fun.

So what better way for a group of work colleagues and friends to come together as a Wolf Pack and raise some money for charity. Thank you for taking to time to read this. Any kind of donation you can manage will make the biggest difference.
