The past year has been difficult for everyone but as a mum of a teen, I have seen first hand how difficult it has been for young adults in particular.

Being a teenager is hard enough at the best of times without the added pressure of a pandemic. From missing out on important rights of passage to lack of social contact and isolation at a point when friends are everything. Uncertainty of the future in light of missed education and passions, sports and hobbies put on hold.

Teenage mental health issues have skyrocketed in light of all of this and there is so little support available out there. 

Teens in Crisis, however, is one such support charity. They work with Teens (and parents) and literally change and save lives in the work they do. By offering counselling and safe spaces for teenagers to talk about whatever is going on for them and helping to build hope, resilience and confidence for the future.

By donating you are helping more teenagers get the help that they need so much at this time.
