Fearns Wharf Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge · 8 August 2015

We're the charity who look after 2,000 miles of canals and rivers across England and Wales, because we believe that life is better by water. At Canal & River Trust, we're working with communities to transform canals and rivers into spaces where local people want to spend time and feel better.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

What started as a conversation about enjoying walking between two colleagues has turned into an major event that many colleagues & friends at our Leeds office will be taking part in. We are so lucky to have the stunning Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep so we have decided to take advantage of ‘God’s own Country’ and we are setting out to walk the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on the 8th August within 12 hours. The chance to raise money too for the Canal & River Trust, where many of us have worked for many years is a great opportunity. We often walk along our beautiful canals & rivers and your sponsorship will help us in keeping this national treasure alive and available for everyone.
