Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have heard of many people donating their hair for the little princess trust, I have always thought that this is something I wanted to do too. I have been growing my hair for sometime, I have now decided to donate 12" of my long brown hair, on the 3rd June 2017. I wanted to do this because it must be so hard for children who just want to feel normal, be a kid whilst experiencing all that cancer and its treatment throws at them. I have always had long hair, I love it! But it will grow back, I'm lucky. If by donating some of it, it can make a wig, I want to do it! I want to go some way, although its only small I know it will help just one child feel more self confident.

I have decided to give any donations I can get in addition, to Charles Thompson's Mission. I feel passionate about this charity. Charles Thompson's Mission is a charity for the homeless people in Birkenhead which opens its doors to offer some food and other support, helping them in times of hardship. I live in Birkenhead and going into the town I see a lot of homeless people, more and more. I think it is my duty as someone who is fortunate and part of the Birkenhead community, I am in a position to help and to encourage my friends and family to donate too! Please help me raise money for this special charity, close to all our hearts.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Please donate, help be part of making a little difference. Together we can do our bit!

Thank you!!!
