Pro Corda is the UK's leading music charity providing chamber music (small ensemble) training to young people ages 5-24, the UK's largest performing arts programme for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and the National Chamber Music Festival for Schools (CMF).

Story

I started going to Pro Corda 7 years ago when I heard about it through my violin teacher. Since then, I have gone every year and loved every moment of it.

Pro Corda is an amazing course that brings together young musicians from all over the country, and even outside it, to get together and play chamber music on a week’s long course, all the while recieving inspirational coaching everyday.

Pro Corda is currently trying to raise money to offer like minded young musicians the chance to get together play music, and ultimately have an experience like none other, making life-long friends and developing their love of chamber music.

So to help try and raise money, I have challenged myself to cycle the North Coast 500. This is 518 mile route in Scotland that totals 34,300ft of elevation gain which is more than Mt Everest is tall.

Thank you in advance for all your generous donations.
