Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Essential Tremor which is a progressive neurological disease which causes me to shake. Typically in the hands, head and jaw but can spread to other areas.

I struggled with basic things such as holding a drink, eating with a knife and fork and even putting toothpaste on my toothbrush. Luckily due to medication my tremor has improved, but I am aware this is a progessive condition.

I'm fortunate enough to have amazing friends and family who have helped me a lot this year as well as huge amount of support from IETF.

I am sharing this story not for attention or sympathy but for awareness of Essential Tremor and to raise money for such an incredible charity.
