Colleagues and friends of FiND are running

the Hull Inflatable 5km Assault Course to raise money for FiND Charity. This
will allow us to enhance the experience for the students attending our
services.

FiND is a local charity with the aim of
delivering person centred programmes to adults with learning disabilities and
or autism who require high levels of support with day to day living.

Our vision is to improve the lives of people
with learning disabilities and autism across Hull and the East Riding.  We achieve this by offering high quality day
services and providing excellent care and support, tailored to each individual
and delivered by a highly skilled and dedicated staff team.

Our approach is innovative and we work
continually to increase our understanding of everyone’s individual needs. We
build a unique programme of activities around each person and recognise the
potential in everyone who comes to FiND. 
We have a ‘can do’ attitude and believe that with the right support, the
people here can grow and develop as adults.

FiND offers a warm, caring and welcoming
environment and we are driven by our core values and committed to a ‘person
centred’ approach. Every employee is responsible for ensuring the FiND values
are maintained and experienced by the people who come to our services, at all
times.
