Every day, members of HM Forces and the UK fire and rescue services put their lives at risk whilst ensuring that we are kept safe at night. Unfortunately, injuries go with the job, but thanks to charities such as Help for Heroes and the Firefighters Charity, those injured heroes are helped back on the road to recovery.

Firefighters from Grampian Fire & Rescue Service, Kickboxers from Sansum Blackbelt Academy and RAF Regiment Gunners from RAF Lossiemouth are attempting to pull a fire engine around the roads of RAF Lossiemouth.

All of the firefighters and the kickboxers are former members of HM Forces.

To 'encourage' us along the way on this gruelling event, star of TV's 'Bad Lads Army' Cpl Nooky Nauyokas will be there to make sure we complete the route.
