Story

Dad died doing what he loved, where he loved to be, and with mum by his side. Not many can say that about someone they’ve lost. The UWFRA team did what they do best that day. Professional but compassionate, giving Dad a dignified escort as he came back down from the hills one last time.

A couple of weeks later I’m being told “we should do this challenge” the latest in a long historical line of things my fab enthusiastic friend wants to do. This time though, it’s for UWFRA - so how could I say no! A few more friends persuaded to join in and here we are.

Any donations would be gratefully received in Dad’s memory, to enable this band of amazing volunteers to continue helping people when they need it most.
