On the 12th of May Sophie and myself will abseil 120ft down the side of the Europa Hotel, Belfast in aid of TinyLife, Northern Ireland's preamture and vulnerable baby charity.

We aim to raise much needed funds for the charity and all money raised will benefit families of premature and sick babies.  

Any donation no matter how small will make a difference and we would both greatly appreciate it.
