I have always struggled with my weight, right from being a little girl, I have always been on the chubby side.  Alas now in my mid- 40's, been on diets for as long as I can remember, some half - heartily, I admit, but each time to no avail, I find that my weight is causing me extra issues with my health.  Pre-Diabetic, (I'm terrified of needles), I already have Fibromyalgia, Poly-cycstic Ovaries and of course I am now a lady of a certain age.  So weight loss is not going to be the easiest thing for me to do.  

Having had a serious health crisis last year, I became a member of the Lincolnshire MS Therapy Centre, in order to (initial) use the Oxygen therapy. Due to the good work that I saw the centre doing, I volunteered to become a trustee and now am Vice Chair.

The centre needs updating and as we are busting at the seems needs an extension in order to provide more subsidised  therapies. So thought I would launch this just giving page, one to help raise funds and secondly to keep me focused on my weight loss.
