This year, I am running with 5 friends from work, and we are running for Contact the Elderly. I was originally going to run this race a couple of years ago and had to pull out at the last minute!!

So now, it is a personal goal for me to take part and of course try to make some money in the process!

You all know me very well, and I am sure know how much excercise I normally get!!! But... I have been training, and hopefully will be able to go the course.... maybe even finish in a half decent time!!!
