 HELP NEEDED 

Earlier this year my lovely cousin Margaret Lamb lost her short but brave battle with liver cancer.

I spent some time with her during her illness and was blessed to spend a few hours with her the day before her fight was lost and she passed away. 

I witnessed firsthand how Margaret was cared for by the Macmillan nurses and how they helped her retain her dignity to the very end.

This moved me deeply and I decided in order to ‘give a little back’ by  raising some money for these earth bound angels in 2018.

Each month I am going to ‘do something’ that challenges me & maybe even those around me, so watch out folks!

January’s challenge is to run/jog 50 miles.
I will record the mileage to show I’ve completed it.

So I guess by now you know what’s coming next ........

Here is my ‘justgiving’ page and if you could make a donation to this fabulous cause it will be truly appreciated. 

It doesn’t have to be now as there will be 12 monthly challenges ahead; however as and when you do it will make a huge difference. 

In fact, you could even offer suggestions for challenges for me to undertake! However please bear in mind I am getting on a bit and have a chronic back problem so I’m NOT jumping out of any more aeroplanes!

I hope you will be able to help me raise a sum of money which will go to the Macmillan nurses who took such good care of Margaret and her family.

I’m looking forward to my 12 challenges and know Margaret will be laughing thinking of my undoubted suffering in her memory ......
