Story
I was very fortunate to secure a last minute space - 2 days before closing time - to run in this year's Virgin London Marathon. It is on Sunday 21st April and I will be running in memory of a lovely friend, Jon Hill, who passed away from bowel cancer, aged 42, this year.
Jon was one of the kindest and funniest people I knew and loved by all. I would therefore be very grateful if you would please join me in supporting the Jonathan Hill Magnolia Tribute Fund for Trinity Hospice.
Trinity Hospice is based in South West London and the skilled, compassionate, end of life care they give helps patients, and their families and carers, to regain the confidence they need to live every moment. All their patient and family services are free but they need help each year to raise the £6.6 million required to fund the specialist services so many local people rely on.
My goal is to raise £2,000 in memory of Jon and to give something back to all those who helped him at Trinity during his illness. I would be very grateful for your support and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
