Self injury Support offers support services to women and girls who self-injure and training and information to all. We provide confidential helpline, text and email support. We have a range of leaflets and booklets about self-injury and offer a wide variety of training courses.

Story

On June 7th I will be doing my first ever Triathlon at South Cerney Water Park in Gloucestershire. I will be swimming 200m, cycling 20km and running 2.5km.

I am raising money for Self-Injury Support where I work and co-ordinate the TESS service - a brilliant text and email service for young women affected by self-harm. It gives young women the opportunity to talk about what is going on for them openly and honestly, using a medium they feel comfortable using. Often young women choose to talk to TESS about things for the first time and then go on to talk to other people and get further support. We also have a helpline, giving a safe space for women to talk confidentially and annonymously.

Please donate what you can - any amount helps and enables us to run our services, distribute Rainbow Journals (a self-help resource designed by young people) free of charge to young people and raise awareness in many different settings.
