A group of us are running a tough mudder in memory of our beautiful friend Fiona who tragically committed suicide on the 4th April 2018. Please donate what you can! Mind is an amazing charity and we want to help in raising awareness for mental health as much as we can and we know Fi will look down on us and will no doubt laugh at how unfit we are!!
