Thanks so much for taking the time to visit our page. The magical Mental Elf event is unable to go ahead in it's usual format. We would like to raise awareness and support South East and Central Essex Mind at this challenging time. Following the virtual event we each pledge to run/walk/bounce 54 miles between 1 December and 24 December. This will be quite a challenge. We will make this as festive and 'elfy' as we can.
