Fitness Space Henley members and staff are raising money for Maidenhead based charity SportsAble by taking part in the Spartan Race on 5th October.  Competing as a team to tackle this fiendishly difficult obstacle race.

One of SportsAble's key aims is to promote awareness of disability through sport and recreation and particularly integration of disabled and able bodied people.

SportsAble is more than a regular sports club. It is a community of friends, of athletes and of volunteers. It is about giving people meaning to their lives and providing them with a platform for greater things.
