Fundraising for East Cheshire Hospice
Story
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to visit the page.
As you may have heard, we at Fitness4All like a good challenge, so Chris got his thinking cap on and ta dah! We have a powerlifting competition.
We have two groups competing against each other to get the highest amount of kilos lifted in squat, deadlift and bench press. Each person gets to train to beat their own personal record as well as raising money for charity.
The winners will be:
Team with the highest amount of kilos lifted.
Person with the highest individual score per exercise
Person with the highest amount of kilos lifted for all 3 exercises.
East Cheshire Hospice have always provided amazing care to everyone that has been looked after there, not only for the person in their care, but for their family members too. Always supportive and friendly, never a frown and committed to looking after their patients. Recently they have looked after Chris, Steve and Amy's grandmother, keeping her as comfortable as they could through her last days.
We are excited to be doing something different to raise money and hope that you are too! Thank you for your donations in advance, you little stars!
