We support young homeless people to build better futures

Story

We are all taking part in a worldwide Crossfit 24 hour endurance competition, (http://www.24houramrap.com/). Every hour we will be advised of 3 exercises which we will be required to complete. During this hour we will endeavour to complete as many repetitions of the movement as possible, at the end of which we will be advised of our set of exercises for the following hour.

We must complete a minimum of 500 movements per hour, and at least 4 members of the team must participate every hour, otherwise we will be knocked out.

This will be a very difficult task and I'm sure we'll all be in pain for days once it's over.

Given the level of commitment required to complete this challenge we felt that it would be the perfect opportunity to raise funds for the Rock Trust. The Rock trust are a registered charity who are working towards ending youth homelessness in Scotland, helping young people to progress their lives to overcome personal barriers and move on from homelessness for good.
