On 16th Oct I'm going to be running the Richmond River 10K along with 99 other "Love Running" runners. Our goal is to make a difference by raising finance for two great causes:  the poor in Albania, and the struggling and needy who receive help from the Earls Court Community Project in West London. This will be my first 10K; today (4/9) I managed 5K for the first time in my life (quite a long time!) so I'm halfway there. This is a personal challenge for me as I have never been a runner but also a chance to join with hundreds of others having fun, getting fit and at the same time raising money for 2 important causes.
