Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In light of losing two close colleagues Jim Thornton and Pauline Haines and now my oldest friend Lana Green is fighting the biggest battle of her life I decided to do something that would cause me a bit of discomfort and pain - which is nothing compared to what Lana is going through right now - I am taking part in the Badgerbite 6K off road race on the 6th October, as you know I don't have the build of a racing snake so this will be tough I may come last but as we all know its the taking part that really counts.  I have started training on the Wrekin and you will see my runs posted on facebook - my training route is 4.5 miles long and in the words of Helen Thornton my route draws a well hung naked man ! Would love to know your thoughts !
