East Anglian Air Ambulance provides advanced critical care 24/7 to the most seriously ill and injured people in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire by air and road. Each tasking costs on average £4,250 and, with no regular government funding, we rely almost entirely on public support.

Story

I have been blessed with 18 years of the world's best big brother, a truly talented, inspirational, loving man.

When he finished his law degree at UEA with a 2:1 in July he decided it was time to travel the world, so after earning some money he set off for New Zealand in November. On March 20th he returned home and our excitement to see him was indescribable. We spent Wednesday night with him and some of the day on Thursday but most tragically, in his sleep in the early hours of Friday morning a thrombus moved to his lung and he died.

He was found on Friday lunchtime and the East Anglian Air Ambulance had landed on a nearby field extremely quickly afterwards. They couldn't save Tristan but they can save hundreds of other people, so please please please give generously!!

Along with Nicky Paton, Nic Ward, Tom Eames, Bryony Weavers, Hattie McFadzean, Neil Smith, Matt Leeves, Rob Cooper, and Alex Broom, we hope to hit our target of £6000 and complete the 13 miles!
