The Syrian Crisis is the biggest humanitarian crisis of our era with over 210,000 lives being claimed, forcing  an estimated 3.7 million to flee the country into neighbouring countries, making it the biggest refugee population in the world, with over 7 million being displaced from their homes. 1 Food pack at a cost of £35 contains:

rice, lentils, dates, cooking oil, sugar, bulgur, macaroni/spaghetti, jam, tea, halva and more. This can last a family of 5 for up to 5 days
